Nissan to take on a major role at the 2018 Automech Formula Futuristic zero-emission concept to make an Egyptian debut alongside full line-up of sedans, SUVs and sports cars

CAIRO, Egypt (September 19 2018): Nissan will actively participate in the forthcoming Automech Formula, the largest automotive exhibition of its kind in Egypt, which will take place from 26th to 30th of September 2018 at the International Exhibition Centre in Cairo.

At the motor show, Nissan will showcase their latest range of popular car models including Qashqai, Sunny and Sentra. Nissan will also be unveiling an ‘electric’ surprise at the Automech Formula in its continued commitment to offer their customers innovative and sustainable products, contributing to the future of sustainable mobility.

Kohei Maeda - Chairman and Managing Director of Nissan Motor Egypt, will outline Nissan’s commitment to providing customers with innovative and exciting products in Egypt at a press conference at the Nissan stand on the 26th of September. Building on Nissan’s position as the number one Japanese brand in the country, he will also provide an insight into the ‘Nissan Intelligent Mobility’ which is a framework for how Nissan vehicles are powered, driven and integrated within the society.

Nissan will display the Qashqai crossover, one of the best-selling SUVs in Egypt and around the world. Qashqai includes a number of Nissan’s leading and active Intelligent Mobility safety technologies, which helps drivers monitor their surroundings as well as anticipate unpredictable situations to protect themselves and their passengers.

The Nissan Patrol, one of the world’s toughest off-road vehicles, will also be at the exhibition. Featuring Nissan Intelligent Mobility, the Patrol now makes the driver more in control whether tackling sand dunes in the desert, or on city streets.

Nissan’s highly-successful and locally assembled cars, Sunny and Sentra, will also be on display at the Automech Cairo Motor Show, featuring a fully accessorized and upgraded sports line range.
